These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the Braevon Text Updates program (the "Program"), operated by Braevon LLC ("Braevon", "we", "us"). By signing up for the Program or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Braevon about your care and account, including messages from your provider, order and shipping updates, and reminders about your visit or account. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through the Program.
3. Consent
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our sign-up form and ticking the consent box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using Braevon's services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
4. Opting out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again on this website.

6. Cost
Braevon does not charge for Program messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
8. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it. If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from that number or let us know so we stop texting it.
9. Health information
Program messages do not include details about your health or treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Standard text messages are not encrypted. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
10. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Use of this website
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse this website, including by submitting another person's number without permission, attempting to disrupt the site, or using automated means to submit the form. All content on this website belongs to Braevon and may not be copied without permission.
12. Changes to the Program or these Terms
We may change or end the Program, or update these Terms, at any time. The "Last updated" date shows when the Terms last changed. If you keep receiving messages after a change, you accept the updated Terms; you can always reply STOP.

The Program and this website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Braevon is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program or this website, including delayed or undelivered messages.
